Tew Bunnag was born in Bangkok in 1947. His training in the Martial Arts started at an early age.

He has done Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, Karate and Tae Kwon Do in addition to the T’ai Chi.

After graduating from Cambridge University in 1968 he has began his spiritual training with Dhiravamsa, the ex-abbot of Buddhapadipa Temple.

From 1975 he was assistant Director of the Buddha Vipassana Trust and taught Meditation and T’ai Chi in the Chapter House a spiritual and therapeutic centre near Cambridge.

From the late seventies he has also been teaching and training teachers in the U.S., France, Spain, Switzerland and Greece.

At the moment he is a member of the Board of the Mercy Centre, a non profit organization that offers support to the HIV positive children and their families in the slums of Klong Toey in Bangkok.

He is visiting Greece on a seminar basis.

Napoloeon Xifaras was born in Athens in 1966. He is a graduate of the Physics department of the University of Athens.

In 1990 he has finished his training in the European School of T’ai Chi Ch’uan (he’s a recognized teacher of the school) having studied in addition to the T’ai Chi: Theory of Chinese Acupuncture, general Chinese Herbology and Diet, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Thai Massage. He is also Shiatsu practitioner. In the field of Martial Arts he has also trained in Pen-Tak Si-Lat and Iaido.  He has attended seminars of Body Mind Centering, Drama therapy, N.L.P. psychology and classes of creative movement, improvisation and Release Technique.

Since 1989 he’s teaching T’ai Chi groups in Athens, Corfu, Kalamata, Salonika and Mytilene. In the period 1996-1999 he has also taught in the professional section of the State School of Dance.
